Now Hiring Pediatric LPN's or RN's with trach, vent, and g-tube experience to work with a child in their Fitchburg, MA home.
Job Responsibilities:
Observation and assessment of patient condition and needs.
Documents all patient care actions.
Monitors and interprets vital signs.
Assists with the development of a patient plan of care.
Collaborates in the identification of patient needs and/or problems.
Provides education for care of the patient.
Qualifications:
Current nursing credentials.
Two plus years pediatric experience.
Valid CPR certification.
Evidence of negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.
Experience in a (neonatal, PICU, critical care) is preferred.
