We seek a friendly and customer-oriented Front of House Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will greet and assist customers, take orders, prepare food and drinks, and maintain a clean and organized dining area. The Front of House Staff will also be responsible for handling cash and credit card transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This person will manage requests for all delivery with the various platforms and ensure a smooth operational flow from the kitchen to the customer.

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare food and drinks according to company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
What This Person Will Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
