NOW HIRING A SOLAR INSTALLER:
The Solar Installer will be responsible for installing solar panels on commercial buildings and residential houses while complying with all safety regulations and practices. The role will identify the measurement and compatibility of solar panels prior to client installation and travel frequently to manage the maintenance and repair of solar panels in the field.

WHAT WILL I DO?
- Responsible for the mechanical and structural mounting of racking modules and electrical equipment.
- Assemble mounting hardware according to specifications.
- Verify structural attachment by visually inspecting hardware in the attics of homes and businesses.
- Install ground-mounted systems and systems on residential and commercial rooftops.
- Pull inventory and materials for assigned projects.
- Follow layout specifications and legal codes for each type of solar module.
- Operate a box truck and other heavy equipment in a safe, efficient manner.
- Attend mandatory in-person/online training sessions for new products, methodology, and safety.
- Perform photovoltaic (PV) system service as required.
- Conduct site assessments and surveys to evaluate the feasibility and design of solar installations, considering factors such as sun exposure, shading, and roof integrity and more!
